How was that Sixto started in the Alien Contact subject?
I started 41 years ago, especially
with the issue of the extraterrestrial contact. They say that what is inherited
you cannot steal. His father was investigating UFOs before he was born. So in
that family atmosphere him and his brothers were born and raised. His father
taught them to think not to believe that this was possible. That in a universe
so big, that the strange thing is not that there is life outside the earth, but
that there is none. A matter of common sense and logic. Sixto was not too interested in this UFO
subject, he just accept it as a reality.
Sixto was like 17 years at that
time in 1973. I was interested more to answer those questions that all human
beings asked sometime ask in our life. Who we are, where we come from, and
where we going.
In the year 1973, his father was
invited to give a lecture at a yoga group. Already about a year earlier, 1972,
a friend of his, Jose Rosciano Holder under the pseudonym "Joseph
Ibrahim" had published a book, "I visited Ganymede". It turns
out that in 1968, a Dominican diplomat went to his father and said, look Mr.
Carlos, and I have lived an unusual experience. And as I leave Peru, I would
like to tell it to someone. I once was on the road and a UFO appeared, it
landed beside the road, the car stopped working, and I saw from inside the UFOs
beings of human appearance and they told me they were coming from Ganymede. And

session of the IPRI. He was scientific adviser to the Peruvian Air Force. And
in his spare time he was researching the subject of UFOs. This group IPRI had
formed since 1955.
At this meeting was Mr. Jose
Rosciano Holder, who later told Sixto's father, that the experience told by this
individual is invaluable. And suggest
that it would be necessary to tell it. And I suggest doing it as a novel type.
This Mr. Rosciano Holdier was Rosicrucian, esoteric as was also in what was
the subject of spiritualism. So he gathered all this information and published
the book, "I visited Ganymede" during '72 -'73. Sixto's father was

His father was invited to this meeting but merely talking about extraterrestrial life, and Sixto went with him to this meeting, finding a group of people who dedicated themselves to spiritual matters without to make this a religion, he liked the subject of the Hata Yoga and got hooked on Mantra Yoga meditation. Because I thought that right through these techniques could answer where is where we come from and where we go. Looking for internal responses.
After a year practicing this with his girlfriend, Marina. Also sharing it with his mother and sister. In the first weeks of January of the year 1974 , a news item came out in the most serious and conservative daily in Lima, El Comercio. Where they talked about the Project Ozma, the old version of the SETI project, of adaptation sounds of space, and said that with the large telescopes of New Mexico to capture sounds of space, and had discovered that these sounds captured from space, could be some type of messages sent by advanced civilizations.
His father met a group of people to
discuss this news, "the possibility of communication with beings from
other worlds, and one of the speakers, Dr. Victor Yanez Aguirre, was to lecture
on the subject of telepathy. The transmission of thought at a distance. Dr.
Victor Yanez was a doctor at the police hospital in Lima. Member of the
Theosophical Society, high degree of Masonry and lectured on the subject of
Telepathy, transmission of thought at a distance. I mean you can convey your
thoughts that can be picked up by a receiver. And the receptor, meaning the
human mind is able to decode possible messages; I mean that these beings could
not only be coming to Earth in spaceships, but even mentally, telepathically,
or even astrally, in dreams, could have a contact. And Sixto, was fascinated,
thinking that suddenly if these exist, might have the answer to the questions
of who we are, where we come from and where we are going. And as he was in that
wave, back to the house. Told he's mother and he's sister, Sixto was already 18
years old, told them what had been discussed, and told them that seemed to them
if they made a meditation, to try to contact them and then also ask them
questions.
So it is with much enthusiasm, but
not a scientific base, or anything like that. So in the night of January 22,
74, with his mother and sister ... .they put a paper and pencil, and agreed
that to the first thing that came to their mind, an idea that was considered
not theirs would write it in the paper and then link the ideas, to look for a
probable message. He never thought that could have a positive result, but was
worth at least to try, then, that night, while they were a bit relaxed, about
15 minutes meditating, and Sixto suddenly gets an unstoppable desire to write.
It was an anxiety that, in his mind came a picture of a sharply slanting eyes
looking at him. Then he grabbed the pencil and paper and relaxed his hand, were
initially disorganized strokes, then started writing at high speed. When he
finished wring, he read what was written and did not think that was real. He
thought it was his imagination, it said: "living room, good for
communication my name is Oxalc, I'm from Morlem, and you call it Ganymede. One
of the moons of Jupiter, we can have contact with you, you will soon see us.
[Thinking that he was suggested] Oh
yes Ganymede ok, about Jose Rociano Holder, the friend of my father, this is
nonsense. My mother and my sister told me they felt the same just that they did
not had written it. Then Sixto said, it may not be possible, may not be so easy
either. Then he forgot about it and went to his room. But her younger sister,
phoned my girlfriend, Marinita. And she told what had happened, began passing
the voice to all the people. Then the next day we had 20 people in the room of
the house pressing me to repeat the experiment of last night. I did not want

felt the desire to receive a message, and in this second message case, this

And that would be the confirmation
that the communication was real. We went from the day before to also spend a
night in the desert outside not to be confused and seeing a satellite or to see
a meteor or a plane, and we thought that there is the promised ship. We had to
be completely safe. The day of the appointment at the appointed time, the
atmosphere was relaxed, pranks, jokes, nobody thought much about the contact,
when suddenly behind the hills, the night was lit up like day. And we have seen
a luminous object that moved on the crests of the mountains, and remained
stable on the horizon on its right side. The group was dispersed, began to
congregate, to gather to say, hey, you see it? Me too, which is that light?
When someone shouted, it's moving! Then the light began to sway and began to
descend towards us in a straight line. It was coming straight, but at the same
time descending. It was placed above us at about 80 meters. A disc-shaped
object with a kind of windows, turned on themselves, with multicolored lights

Then everyone, not just Sixto, they

experience of a group of people of which I am only one more. And that is
interesting, that after 41 years, our group has spread across 54 countries. And

We were
skeptical, especially Sixto, was the most skeptical, he did not think they
would appear on that January 22nd. And
everybody mocked, taking jokes. And when the object appeared and everything
regretted having doubted, he was above us for several minutes. Breath control,
not if more than one pants, fear that had urinated. And then the object took
off at high speed and drove off. Now, all we grasp that told us not coming down
we were not prepared.
Back at the house, we tell my dad,
who was the scientist, and said, Dad, we have had this experience. Then he laughed,
thinking that they were making fun of their research. So it was not easy to
convince him that this was true of what they really lived. So in those days,
they tried again to receive a communication. And ask these beings to give he's
father a test this was real. Okay, but only your dad and you. They can go to
the next exit. "Dad please these beings have accepted to invite you for
you to go and verify. ... The father said, "What thing?" .... no no,
not to waste time.... They insisted, so that in the end the father said, that's
okay! Don't insist me more! I'm going. When? .... Saturday, but where is it?
But not dad, we have to go together. And the father said he would not ... no no

have been invited me to an experience of extraterrestrial contact. Obviously we

mountains, and behind a dome and in the sky, about 15 to 18 times on the
horizon in relation to what we'd see the sun, it was the planet Jupiter. This
being told us that they were not natural from there, they came from planets of
distant stars in the solar system, between 300 and 500 light years and they
have come, more than 20 thousand years ago to their current location in the
moons of Jupiter where they have established mining colonies, which they draw
energy from the underground volcanic activity subsoil of the moons of Jupiter
and also there are oceans beneath the moons of Jupiter and they also take

They took me to a building

They showed a series of images of what they say would be the future of the
earth and what I saw is that from 1990 onwards, a special irradiation from the
center of the galaxy, was coming to our solar system affecting our sun,
generating changes and mutations throughout the solar system and that our
planet would transform a climatic change, therefore that according to the
aliens, climate change, is not the result of environmental pollution generated
by humans. That is accelerating the process but not the cause. The real cause
is the abnormal behavior or the Sun, and extraordinary energy that every 26,000
years our solar system come with more force than ever generating all kinds of
mutations. Sixto estimated to have been 4 or 5 days with them there, but when I
came across the light, had spent just 15 minutes, long enough for the group to
come and see me coming out of the light. Then the boys asked me, Sixto, what is
that light, where were you?
So I preferred not say anything,
because neither i would believe what I had lived, the other boy came on his
side, and he could see that the Xendra was a few millimeters, for Sixto
appeared out of nowhere.
In a week, we all 7 entered a Xendra
and had similar experience, this came out in the first book published by Juan
Jose Benitez, "UFOS SOS to humanity", in late '74 to early '75. Three
years later on April 25, 1977, a corporal of the Chilean army, Corporal Armando
Valdez from the Rancagua Regiment, in one of the most investigated cases of
international ufology, the being in the area of Putre in the area of Arica, in
the northern border between Chile and Peru, where there is a lot of smuggling
in the desert when they saw a light that came down on a hill, the soldier
Valdez, told the others, cover me, I will see what it is, and the very brave

collective experience.

this 41 years of contact, 10 times the press has been invited to “scheduled
encounters” ahead of time. So you can show pictures, videos. But you know that
a video you can tweak.
Monsignor Corrado Balducci said
that we have arrived to an important time that its more valuable the graphic
testimony, the qualified people’s testimony. This was said by Corrado Balducci,
The Vatican Theologian, The Catholic Church Cardinal, friend of Pope John Paul

The fifth time that we invited the
press, product of the credibility achieved to date, 40 journalists from 8
countries, among them Leticia Callaba from Telemundo Channel 51 of Miami, Jose
Grey from Univision Chanel 23, Beatriz Parker del Miami Herald, Hillary Miro
from the radio Hit de NY, Joan Base from Cataluña Spain, Rosario Abrahams, from
the Expreso newspaper from Lima, Hugo Chavez from Dominican Republic. A great
amount of journalists who came, videotaped, took pictures of the UFO, and told
him, Sixto at least a 1 hr documentary film can be done to show it worldwide.
They have committed the serious mistake to call at the Sheraton Hotel in Lima,
to their Channel, saying that they have it, we have taped it. When they reached
their respective channels, found out that the management of them like Channel
23 from Univision, Channel 51 of Telemundo, have received prior visit from the
famous “Man in Black” from the Gov. recommending to treat the news as
discreetly as possible. To give them the films to review them prior to release
them. It was then given back to them trimmed. And the most they were allowed to
show was 3 minutes in a local news.
Then they called Sixto, to tell him
that if they would have not lived this experience personally of the censorship
of the news, they would still be thinking that there is an exaggeration about
this news to give importance to the subject or simply is not true. But now we
know for a fact. We have been censored.
Hugo Chavez from Dominican Republic
was flying to Puerto Rico, which is American Territory, to then go to Dominican
Republic, he was then called from plane’s cabin, Mr. Hugo Chavez, yes it’s me,
and the pilot’s cabin, Hugo… it’s us…. When you get to Puerto Rico, there will
be two individuals who will receive the tape from you. But I have not made a

No no, how can I not go….I need to tell them my truth and everything….
The groups in NY had already
organized for me to go there after leaving Miami to go there to the Central
Park to make an open Conference to the General Public where we were going to
report the cover-up of the information. With images and the presence of the
journalists.
So I never had problems right, I
reached Miami, I never had problems right, I am son of an American, my mom is
from Great Falls Montana, my uncle from the Air Force of the US, all my cousins
are hill billies, from the country from Montana.
So when I reached Miami, the
immigration people are surprised, they called some people from the federal
guards and he was mistreated and was told that he had to go back from where he
came from, and he told them, that they could not do that, we could do this and
much more. Your luggage is down there, and we can put anything in it, and for
you to go to a federal prison. And there over there anything can happen to you.
And when they tell you something like this, they convince you, besides I was
mistreated. So it was the last time I went to the USA. After that I received
via email a lot of insults and defamation. That I have committed a crime the
US, that I had committed a lot of stuff.
False. To the point that in 2014 I was invited by the US Senate, with
the letter from one of the senators. To go to the US after 25 years. They
lifted the veto and I returned. Basically not for not committing crimes, but
because the Obama Administration is different on the subject, it has opened up.
If not remember a year earlier in 2013, with the Disclosure Project with the
Dr. Greer in the Press Club in Washington, well a year later I was there in the

Going back to the appearance of
these beings, they were of oriental looks, it seemed Korean, Mongol, from Oriental

Or we have too much imagination, or simply it was like this.
The communication was telepathically,
but in 1986 when I had the opportunity to get into the ship. First my wife
received the message and we asked for a corroboration, we went outside the
house and the UFO was there, and then it left from where it came from. So the
message was true. Sixto went with other people to the dessert. And from behind
the mountains a UFO shows up over us, and it was getting farther away, projected
a beam of light and raised him in the air. It was a beam of light of about 2

prior experiences he was told that they avoid the straight angles and that
ceiling had many.

this hexagonal room, looked like a television studio because left and right
there were three level of screens, the curious thing was the screens were not
flat nor convex like here on earth, but concave. I’t talking about the year 86. And recently
Samsung in 2014 came out with the last news, about the concave screens, that I
have seen it in 1986, not sure if the ETs will claim their author’s
right?....inside this room there were two big cylinders, from the bottom part
were dark in the upper part in a rhombus or diamond shape and in it there
metallic tubes with mineral pieces inside. Since I did not see no one I came to
the desk on the left side and on left side of it there were bright discs
thinking they were some type of buttons and screens that were not showing
anything. What I did see is a bunch of hieroglyphics.
So I
place my finger there and nothing happened, the sensation was of like the cold
of dry ice. It felt like if I placed my hand inside the freezer. My finger got
stuck and could not take it out. So he started to sweat and becoming
distressed. Because now these beings were going to come and find him with he’s
finger stuck in one of their controls. And during a moment I was thinking more

bodies, all I did is go back and greet them but they did not say anything, I
thought maybe the saw me with my hands in their controls and got mad. And the
taller one came towards me, and he was like the Ganymede’s people, and he’s
face resembling like 50 years. And started talking in perfect Spanish. He had a
close to the body suit that only was showing the face and the hands.
And

them. And while he was talking to me the other 3 beings started walking around
the room and as they would walk around the room, they would grow in size and
reduced in size, which I found very rare. They would have bright suits like
this other being, but their face was white like the milk the eyes dark

lip would cover the inferior lip, in a way that it seemed like he did not have
a mouth. The arms very long, so long that its fingers would reach down to the
knees. One of this beings passed very close to me and I felt like if they did
not have life like ours, like if they were some type of android or a robot,
like a biological android. This being came in front of me and was bringing like
a heavy golden box, and would carry it without any effort. I thought it was a
box, then I realize it was like a book with metal plates, with rings on the
side full of strange symbols then the other being, the “normal” so to speak.
Look this is part of the history of your world and they brought it so close to
me that touched it, and it was like a musical instrument. Every symbol that you
would touch would produce music, you would touch it and it was like a short
tune, and different words with different symbols with different tunes. And when
that happened, my mind would explode with symbols and images in my mind. And he
would still listen the voice of this being that would say, “the human being
over the face of the earth is the result of more than one extraterrestrial
genetic experiment but you are not laboratory rats but something like test-tube
babies and your world is not a farm but a nursery or garden of infants where
they would be trying to innovate different forms that allows them with the time
to learn how to remember things that they have forgotten and neglected,
according to them, throughout our history there has been hybridization and
miscegenation, and not once, many times. There has been stellar shipwrecks
stellar extraterrestrial colonization, wars between them for us and from all
that we have emerged, and that if we do not take into account the
extraterrestrial link the history of mankind has no head nor tails.
For
them the time in the universe is like an ascending spiral in one of the curves
the “earth” died but the universe continued, according to them, 1200 million
years ago meteoric rain destroyed the earth, earth disappeared, it vanished! Im

Merida in the Yucatan Peninsula 65 million years ago, at the end of the
Secondary and beginning of Tertiary era. But it made the earth disappeared, the
dinosaurs disappeared, but much earlier than that 1200 million years ago, there
was a more serious event, more violent than that one. And there the planet
disappeared completely, the planet then disappeared, it all ended.
For
them the time is like an ascendant spiral in which the planet disappears but
the universe continuous, so a group of extraterrestrial beings received the
authorization from Cosmic Hierarchies to travel through time ad space and come
to earth before the Earth died. And prevent it from dying. Creating with this a
Paradoxical Alternative Time.
They
chose Earth to experiment here since earth it didn’t exist, getting with this a
second opportunity. So they come here in this “Alternative Time” In this Sort
of Virtual reality they have created and start experimenting. And try to change
the fate the earth had.
So an
Alternative time is created, that starts spinning with the real time. Our time
is like it runs faster than the Real One, more like trying to reach the other
time. Our time would be irreconcilable, it would not have a way to get together
with the real time. They need to run parallel, so that would allow them come
here and take contributions and inserted in their own reality.
They
say that in contact with us, they should have been the more aseptic as possible,
that our emotions our feelings would not affect them with our human behavior,
because they are civilizations that have advanced greatly mentally,
technologically but sacrificing emotions and feelings. In contact with us, they
have not known how to handle the emotions and ended up fighting amongst
themselves, they have hybridizing with us, with which the real time started to
dangerously come close to the Alternative Time, with the possibility that both
would unite into one.
The
Mayans in the Chilam Balam de Chumayel, in the book of the fortune teller have prophesized the possibility of the “Turn of the Time” or “The Syncrhonization of
the times.” That the alternative time would get together with the Real Time and
from there a third time would come, a New Reality.
Now
what would this mean. Is that the Earth would reach the 4th
dimension, occupying the space of the Dead Earth, in the Real Time, and for us
would be like if we would always have existed. As if we had never not been.
It is
curious that in the year 2001 there is a crop circle, you know the UFO subject
has many variables, among them is the crop circles. There is one that appeared
in Alton Bars where you can see part of the Solar System the asteroid belt and
the planets close to the Sun, in this case, you see the Sun, Mercury with its
orbit, the orbit of Venus with Venus, it appears the Earth orbit without the

Because in the Real time of the Universe not only there is no life on Earth,
not even Earth would exist.

going to happen in this re-connection of times, is that Earth would come to
reality and it would be as if we always have existed.

energy comes from the Central Sun of the Galaxy, since it generates mutations

complete strips of Jupiter, that are thunders that exist from millions of years
in Jupiter, they have disappeared completely, in Saturn they are showing mega
tornadoes impressive violent hurricanes. There are planets that are changing
colors. Everything in our solar system as well as the increase of solar spots,
Solar thunders as well.

confirm that we are living in a hologram, in a Virtual Reality.

corroborating what these beings have told us.
